Whilst we normally require a minimum of 24 hours notice to arrange cycle hire, it is obviously best to book in advance. Short notice bookings can be taken in extreme circumstances, but remember, demand is high. "If we have it, you can hire it".

Making a Booking

If you wish to make a booking, please call or e-mail with the following information:

• Name
• Contact Telephone number in Spain (if available)
• Height/Sex/Age of each cyclist
• Delivery address
• Preferred delivery date and time
• Preferred collection date and time

No payment is required at time of booking, advance booking simply secures the bikes that you require.

Having received all necessary information, we will forward a 'Confirmation of booking' e-mail (Please present this at time of delivery). Should you not receive a confirmatory e-mail, then the booking has not been confirmed nor the placement of bikes guaranteed. We will however, endeavor to meet your requirements.

Insurance is not provided by 'Bikes-on-call'. Individuals are advised to have the necessary personal medical cover in the event of an accident. Either of the following is acceptable:

• Personal medical insurance
• Holiday insurance covering medical expenses
• European Health Insurance Card
